How Others Have Done This. Bob McKee kindly sent me photos of his DC drive retrofit. Bob used a new 3/4 HP Electrol motor he found on eBay. He used a KBCC-R controller and fabricated a box to house it, mounted on the left of the mill, replacing the original forward-off-reverse switch for the original 3-phase motor.
